LET'S SEE!
Client: Glazer Children's Museum
Location: Tampa, Florida
Challenge:
Help kids aged 7 and younger to understand how our eyes and brains work together (or don’t!), while honoring the work of the Glazer Vision Foundation to bring the life-changing power of sight to all children.
Solution:
Invite kids and caregivers to explore vision through hands-on, minds-on experiences. Warm colors, rounded shapes, and clear sightlines create a friendly, comfortable space where kids can explore freely and safely. A large role-play area provides opportunities for imaginative play that helps kids get comfortable with the “eye doctor experience,” while other experiences reveal the fundamental science of sight in age appropriate ways. Finally, an area of illusions and optical tricks invites play with the eye-mind connection.
Scope:
Master planning, exhibition design, exhibit prototyping & evaluation, space planning, graphic design & production, fabrication & installation management
