Challenge:
Re-envision the center's main science gallery as a space of innovative "making" and creativity
Solution:
Use captivating, open-ended platforms and interactive media to celebrate and nourish our amazing human drive to question, experiment, create, adapt, remake, and innovate in every aspect of our lives. With dozens of experiences occupying 9,500 square feet on the second floor of Kentucky Science Center, our design for Make Your World will inspire creativity and empower KSC's guests to engage with the skills, tools, materials, and processes associated with making. Activities will feature a wide range of disciplines, from coding to construction, animation to aerospace, many with direct ties to Kentucky’s growing economy. The activities will also help participants build talents in creative thinking, problem solving, communication, and teamwork in varied situations. And, the activities will introduce the newest generation of makers to a world of industries and career choices that will make our 21st century world, helping KSC enhance its role as a key learning resource for the Louisville community and beyond.

Exhibition master planning and design, construction documents, construction administration, architectural advising, conceptual design, schematic design, fundraising materials, budgeting, multimedia development, graphic design
