THINK has been awarded Best Exhibition or Show – Large Institution by the Canadian Association of Science Centres at its 2020 Cascade Awards.

Challenge:

Renew a venerated science center with new STEAM experiences and program opportunities that build 21st century thinking skills

Solution:

Create two new flexible program spaces, a prototype lab, fabrication lab, and wide array of open-ended experiences that promote building, testing, and problem solving. The exhibit structures are designed to be modified over time as the staff continues to develop new experiences and challenges.
Scope:
Exhibit design, prototyping, space planning & infrastructure detailing, exhibit fabrication & installation management in collaboration with Main Street Design
